The
province of Ilocos Sur is recently celebrating its Kannawidan Ylocos Festival,
and this year is it's 193rd year based on the Royal Decree that was February 2,
1818 separating Ilocos Sur and Ilocos Norte.
This
month, we are celebrating the Kannawidan and i'm so glad that I have the chance
to visit Kannwidan anytime I want because I'm form Vigan. And as an Ilokana,
I'm very proud of the accomplishments and projects of this term. I really love the
search for Ms. Saniata and the art exhibition.
I hope
that this year’s Kannawidan would be very successful like the past years.
